What passengers can expect
Drivers trained in wheelchair securement position, secure, and check every restraint point before the vehicle moves. Ramps or lifts are deployed on level, safe ground and your driver remains with you throughout boarding and exit. Tell us your chair type and dimensions in the request form so we can plan the right vehicle.
What we need to schedule

- Whether you can transfer independently
- Stairs, elevators or entry notes at pickup and destination
